Bayside Vehicle Restorers Sunday Run (07:00)
Bayside Vehicle Restorers Club Inc. have extended an invitation to the members of the Triumph Sports Owners Association to join the Bayside Vehicles Restorers Club for a run to Lismore and surrounding areas including Kyogle, during this coming week-end (11/12th May)
You have the full details from our Club’s website. Accommodation, if required, will be each participants own responsibility.
The morning drive will be thru the Numinbah valley.
The return journey is expected to be via Beaudesert highway.

BRIER THOMAS MEMORIAL SERVICE AT LAKESIDE PARK (12:00 - 15:00)
On Thursday 16th May, 2013, a Memorial Service celebrating the life of Arnold 'Brier' Thomas will be held at Lakeside Park, Kurwongbah.
Brier, who sadly passed away in February this year, is known by much of Queensland's motorsport community for his selfless contribution to the sport and time spent behind his camera at countless events spanning several decades.
Queensland Raceways CEO John Tetley stated, "the heritage of motorsport in Queensland just wouldn't be what it is today without Brier's contribution. This is a man who gave so much of himself to photographing all forms of the sport at his own expense. We definitely wouldn't have as comprehensive a history of circuits such as Lakeside if it weren't for Brier".
The Memorial Service will be held from 12pm in the Lakeside Room, followed by a lap of honour. Anyone who knew Brier and would like to show their respect is welcome to attend.
